SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

It takes 2-5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:

 

Canada & the US - 7-14 business days; International: 10-28 business days.  You will be updated via email with a tracking #and approximate date of arrival.

RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS POLICY

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. We cannot offer refunds if you receive your order late (due to postal issues), or you changed your mind and want a different design. 

We will always work to remedy any other issue that may come up, such as your item arrives broken, we will replace it and send a new one free of charge(must send an email with picture of breakage). There are no exchanges or returns after one month of use. Please ensure you follow all instructions (IE - Do not wash in dishwasher, please handwash instead). Liability will be on the part of the customer should they not follow the correct methods of care after arrival of item. 

Should you need a replacement of an item due to breakage during shipping, please send a picture of the breakage, and we will send a new replacement out promptly. If you have any concerns about care for the keepsake you have ordered, please feel free to send us an email and we can provide you advice on how to keep your  item in the best condition possible for years to come.
